What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy for beauty and apothecary products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items.
Are C.O. Bigelow products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. C.O. Bigelow does not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
